A civil engineering graduate from prestigious VJTI, Mumbai and an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, Atul has over 41 years of experience in the area of counseling, training, and consulting.
Atul believes that his big break in life came, when he realized that his passion was in building organizational talent and not only concrete structures. He has been committed to this cause ever since, as a counselor, trainer, consultant, coach and mentor to hundreds of professionals and entrepreneurs. While working with human emotions and on organization development projects, Atul uses his engineering and technology acumen with as much ease as he does while working with cement and steel.
